Good culture and pay, but at the mercy of parent company - Customer Service Consultant BT Financial Group Employee Review

Company was completely at the mercy of their parent company. We were sold off to another parent company with a really rough transition. Poor promotion incentives - those who were really good customer service types were promoted to management positions due to good KPI's but that doesn't mean you're a good manager etc.
