Cons
Competitive salary (pay increases are no more than 0%-2.0%, for management/professional grades band D - F the pay salary is way below other IT/Telecom companies). 10% on target bonus (is all dependant on overall company/division and your performance - the bonus feels more like 4% than 10%) Huge range of flexible benefits including cycle to work, healthcare, season ticket loan. (this all depends on your grade, some of these benefits have been cut back or are useless) World-class training and development opportunities (this is mostly in-house training or online training like Linkedin) They are cutting back on most of their foreign investments or they are being sold off to other companies.
