Pros
BT has a strong people focus. It is flexible, offers good cafeteria package (incl. health insurance). Management supports bottom-up initiatives and handles employees at all levels with respect. There are many opportunities to develop or change role in-house and I am able to keep a healthy work-life balance. I would definitely recommend BT as an employer to my friends.
Cons
Starting salaries are good, but no possibility to jump to a higher range in reasonable time.
