Great people doing some leading edge development. Good team atmosphere and very supportive peer environment.
Cons
People management at BT Global Services is done in an underhand way with a lot of pressure put on people managers to mark down extremely competent individuals in order that the pay bill is reduced. Career opportunity is virtually non existent. Promotion is done in a very under handed manner with no mentoring. BTGS relies on people's loyalty in order to deliver it's customers obligations.
