Flexibility of work.We can work from home/office Good if you want to go to management side.
Cons
no work-life balance (it depends on project you are working ) So many conf call. this is not company for technical people. your skillset will be ruined. You will joined as technical guy.ButYou will work with vendors and most of your energy will go in getting work from vendor. Middle level management change frequently. Hence Vendors are winner and BT employee (developer, lead) are looser. Hikes are not good.
