      Pros

      I love working at BTM Global because of the people. The leadership is supportive, collaborative and generous. Very strong work/life balance with a Flexible Time Off policy, for example.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to get hired at BTM Global. Several very qualified people have had to try multiple times to get to the job offer.
