Staff are either going to be your best friends or enemies. No protection from the higher ups at all, countless amount of people have made reports on one senior staff member for multiple reasons i can't specify here but nothing was done. They don't hestitate firing good staff members for one mistake. You won't be respected here and treated more like a worker ant

1. Easy scheduling – weekly schedule works well 2. Opportunities for favoritism – being friendly with your supervisor can help 3. If you want to learn Korean, this is the best place since most of the staff are Korean. 4. Bonus depending on sales.

1. Favoritism – same as the pros; if you’re not in favor, work life can be difficult. 2. Must be friendly with Korean workers for convenience; otherwise, work life may be stressful 3. If you don’t speak Korean, you might feel isolated at work...;(
