      Good working hours and colleagues

      Cons

      Messy guidance, poor budgeting, micro management, lack of any benefits/bonus, and company lacks of any proper direction. Tons of underground politics and company does not hesitate to kick out and seniors are not afraid to talk behind other’s backs if they are not pleasant for them.

      Pros

      It's very hands on and we had to experience events, food tastings and they are very open to your ideas on how to improve the company. Creative freedom is there.

      Cons

      Office was a co working space so we didn't have our own space. So had to work from home a lot.
