      Pros

      Good culture, works to company values, generally very supportive, generally good pay for the area, good opportunities for growth and progression, hybrid working.

      Cons

      Can be a little too officious over sickness leave, and very particular on home/office split for hybrid working. Whilst the company is well funded spending often feels inconsistent where some things receive funding with relative ease, others seem much harder to pay for - reasons aren't always terribly clear.
