BZ Media was a great working environment and fostered a very positive, collaborative atmosphere. I learned a ton, and as past of a small editorial team was able to gain hands-on experience in every facet of print and online media with the freedom to pitch, report and write great stories. Management is open, helpful and always willing to listen to new ideas. Hours were flexible and management was generous with raises and compensation. If you do good work, they'll make sure you know it's appreciated.
Cons
Nothing glaring comes to mind. If you like a relaxed small company atmosphere and enjoy working on Long Island, you'll like BZ Media.
