Pros
- some of the employees there are awesome people - for a temp positions or kick start jobs, it's a decent place to learn the biz (even though they are very slick when it comes to their company agenda)
Cons
- abusing employees' rights - violating employment laws - below average salaries (industry) and to top that, downsizing salary-models on their own terms (commission structure)
