Pros
Everyone I've worked with has been very kind towards me. The managers in store are very personable and understanding of flexibility or mistakes on the job. It's a very warm environment and it's full of really great people.
Cons
Hours have always been extremely inconsistent. I don't rely on this job to pay for the necessities, but there are a number of people who do and will be struggling to make ends meet now that cuts have been made. Majority of the workers in my department have gone from working 25-30 hours per week to being lucky their scheduled more than 5 or 6 hours. It's extremely disheartening to see the department go to bare minimum staffing, and it makes me genuinely sad for some of my coworkers.
