      The company tries to match student with the appropriate tutor who has skill sets that will help the student succeed.

      Cons

      Very little, sometimes hard to get jobs just based on own schedule and student availability

      Pros

      Great environment to work at. Employers are nice and they treat you like family. There are many students to tutor and employers will work with your time contstraints.

      Cons

      There are no benefits since it is only through contract. They are not open on the weekends because students rarely schedule weekend tutoring.
