      Pros

      La empresa tiene personas muy buenas, tanto a nivel técnico como personal, y se preocupa por el crecimiento de sus miembros. Creo que también BackSpace entrega bastantes beneficios, mejores que los que ofrece una empresa más grande. Esto hace que exista un excelente ambiente laboral y la baja rotación que tienen lo confirma.

      Cons

      Existen periodos de carga de trabajo muy altos, lo cual se debería compensar con bonos, pero esto no se acostumbra hacer. Este fue mi motivo de salida.
