Thank you for your feedback. Over the past year, we’ve worked hard to improve our compensation programs. All employees are eligible for our equity and bonus programs (both of which were improved in 2025), allowing them to share in our success.
Our travel budgets are modest, and employees (including executives) follow our travel and expense policy. If you have specific concerns or examples of this not happening, please contact your manager, HR Business Partner, or anonymously via TinyPulse (sent to the HR team).
