      This company really challenges you to grow, learn and solve really interesting problems. The people are carefully hired and are best in business. Awesome office atmosphere, friendly people and teams.

      No work life balance. Poor pay.

      Close to shopping, easy going staff and management. Overall great place to work.

      Pros

      - Good Opportunity to learn about how to maintain a legacy system and consistently hack things through it - Can inject proactive nature in you, if not present - Talented and friendly Colleagues

      Cons

      - Too much spikes with regards to decision making and timeline setting for any feature - CEO is paranoid to some things, and direct feedback of him towards engineers does not help improve the situation
