Pros
- great work/life balance, not much OT - opportunity to learn different parts of the company and eventually how a business runs if proven to be able to handle easy and more challenging tasks which helps with versatility and continuing to learn new concepts and skills - If you prove to know what you are doing and can handle the different projects, management will trust you and let you do your tasks at your own pace as long as deadlines are met and work is done correctly. - Everyone has opportunity to contribute and treated fairly, no politics. - Hard work is rewarded. - Free parking!
Cons
- Small staff in corporate office so you do most of your admin/filing work but good part is you know where your files are when you need them. - Some may see this as a negative - no title upgrades (small corporate office staff). However, compensation is within market or better depending on your performance so title don't matter much.
