Pros
-Technology is interesting and improves the quality of human life
-Days move fairly quickly
-Company trips and the occasional free lunch
-Decent benefits package
-New merger and CEO are steps in the right direction
Cons
-Poor communication and limited clean room space leads to hours of nothing to do
-SOPs are vague and leave room for interpretation which causes confusion on how to perform the job properly
-lots of drama, gossiping, and a fairly low employee moral
-training system was GARBAGE however they were working on a new system when I left
-Schedule was a mess and typically got changed once or twice before work got started in the morning
