I'd say that it's the best working environment in Alexandria, it's the best place that is really willing to invest in your knowledge and to develop individuals, so I highly recommend it for new graduates. The culture there is unique, people are more than helpful, passionate and experienced. They are also working with all the new techs, mostly open source and they have some cool open source projects as well. Recently they have been selective in their projects and AFAIK they have some interesting Big Data projects to work on now. I'd also recommend it for seniors as the first best choice that makes you feel like your are building your own company, enriching your experience and taking great leadership roles.

Salaries are not that high compared to the other companies in the same area, but the difference is not that significant at all. It's kinda investment in your career, specially if you are fresh grade .... but yah it's just a con. They didn't offer shares when i was employed, but this common in most of the surrounding companies there. KPIs were based on the number of hours your achieve and that doesn't fit so well with everyone.
