Pros
I've had many different jobs, and the management has been subpar. True good management is rare to come by and when it does it deserves its praise. Bahama breeze has the most organized, efficient, highest leadership and team building skills I've seen in any organization I've been apart of. Yamen and Elena are true leaders.
Cons
Since it's under Darden, it has some very corporate like principles which as I feel hinders how they train employees to connect with their guests (this only pertains to servers of course). They give us a rundown of what to say when we approach our tables, and even have "secret shoppers" to enforce this. To me, this teaches the employees to be scripted instead of taking a genuine, human to human connection with the guests.
