Pros
You get free drinks, a flashy office, lots of little office parties, and to work with some pretty interesting people. Most of the people I got to work with are great and hard working; the issue really is upper management.
Cons
You will literally tear your hair out. The Ops department is in total shambles; the COO couldn't lead a horse dying of dehydration to water. He is always blowing smoke up someone's butt and never follows through on anything he talks about in meetings. The sales department is a little more structured but needs to work on their forecasting so production can do it's job effectively. There is ZERO planning WHATSOEVER in this company. The CEO/Founder decides he wants to do something and it happens. He thinks that all the vendors Bai works with should bend over and give him what he wants for whatever price he wants...or even better, for free. He also flips out on everyone when something doesn't go exactly how he wants it to. That company has had more label changes in 4 months than most companies do in 4 years. Changing the formula of a product can't be done overnight, and neither can the label change so the product is legally sell-able. They also love to underpay people for the work they do; so you will be very stressed and not be compensated enough for it.
