Always being made to upsell even when the customer doesn’t really need it “No uniform” and say they allow “self expression” but has a dress code that doesn’t make sense - what do you mean I can’t show my shoulders or my knees because we are a “healthcare” setting? Why are we being paid under the “retail” award then? Can be stressful during busy periods
