Pros
Employee owned, smaller regional firm, not many layers of management to dilute the company, you can personal call or email the CEO Paul Purcell. 401k match and profit sharing, annual bonus and merit increase, deposit into HSA from the firm.
Cons
Benefits can better but this is a small firm. Not transparent when it comes to salary ranges, they will not give the information out. Not as competitive as other firms in AZ for salary
