Terrible Company - Assistant Manager Baird Group Employee Review

Horrible belittling store managers,no actual training provided on how to manage their business and was left with no store manager for 6 weeks to open a new store. Lost 2 close family members within a day of eachother and was not given any support by business and was told I only had one days Bereavement to use for 2 funerals. Told manager who took over store regarding my health conditions and availability and he questioned my capabilities of the role and said he does not feel safe leaving a team with me.
