      Tremendous people and culture. Many very skilled professionals and management treats people well.

      I don't really have any cons, at least none that aren't the same as every other public accounting firm.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
