The work given was okay. The firm-wide perks were a plus and pretty decent for a small accounting firm. Flexibility during non-busy season periods. Very few things set this company apart from other accounting firms...

Management really leaves something to be desired. Where do they find these people? Many of the higher ups have no business holding management capacity. Conventional and outdated firm culture and attitudes Communication is certainly an opportunity for much of management Unprofessional management personalities abound Very cliquey groups and lots of office politics Iniquitous work perceptions Bias from management and extreme lack of understanding Pay was not competitive Firm has become stingier
