      Learned a lot, good benefits and HR is great when you need them

      Cons

      Management has no grasp of reality. Critiques about management fall on deaf ears. My team was a complete mess that ran in fire drill mode for no discernible reason.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
