Pros
Salary- they pay well, can't argue. People- the people in my office are terrific to work with. Can't say that for all offices, but where I work, there is a good atmosphere. Advancement- the way the firm is doing right now, there is plenty of room for advancement if you're willing to put in the work
Cons
Management- seems extremely out of touch Prestige- management is trying to make the Big 4 the Big 5, but there are a lot of people that like the size of the company right where it's at Work/Life Balance - there is none, see comment above
