      Great people / supportive atmosphere Good benefits for out of work life Supportive and Communicative Sr Management Decent work/life balance (in consulting but not accounting) Fun projects

      Cons

      Having to meet a charge budget Review structure / assigned coaching leaves upward mobility mostly in 1 person's hands CPE credit is mostly good for accountants but not for business consulting Hard to shift into new projects when you are loaded with work
