Pros
Has some cash to survive for a bit due to the (SPAC) IPO, unless management continues in its profligate ways of spending on acquisitions that do not make sense, or simply focus on self-preservation (of their jobs)
Cons
Too many to list really, but here are a few: It starts at the top with the CEO, who lacks vision, lacks basic leadership qualities, and does not have much credibility with the people that actually do the work internally. Cannot execute - haven't delivered anything meaningful on time... the engineering leadership is a joke for a company of this size Too many Yes-Men (and women) on the incompetent and bloated management team, with too many titles starting with a "Chief" - they even created a role called "Chief Administrative Officer" - go figure! The seem to mistakenly think that a press release is a product launch - the vaporware to real product ratio is unfortunately, completely off the charts!!!
