      Decent insurance, decent people. Hours are good.

      Cons

      Leadership is horrible. No merrit increases last year and this year isn’t looking better. Been multiple layoffs over the past year.

      Pros

      Dynamic and evolving environment for those interested in fintech and digital asset innovation. I had the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams and assigned various initiatives which made my role interesting.

      Cons

      Things changed dramatically across my short tenure. Lots of different leaders who came and went.
