Cons
Favoritism, poor commission structure (you don't earn until you have made the house $6k), they put all of their hope in Tesla and forget about the other clients, only recognize recruiters that are at the top (even though it is due to Tesla, and recruiting for Tesla is NOT recruiting), reviews this year were based on how our peers ranked us, NOT BY PERFORMANCE, and then only gave a 1% raise when inflation is at 6%. They let go of more than 50% of their staff in the last 6 months all due to Tesla declining. They claim to be all about culture and values but if you have a differing opinion, you are out. No growth or sales plan. It has gone completely downhill since Tyson Scott took over.
