Pros

I don't have any good things to say about this company.

Cons

They required a 2 year non-compete contract (non-compete clause is also for 2 years), and gave me a 30 day notice just after two months of working for them. I get that sometimes a company will have to terminate a contract, but they refused to tell me why, and then also "reminded" me that my non-compete will still be in effect for TWO YEARS! So after they screwed me over, they made it really hard to find another job.

Pros

Opportunities for earning a bonus

Cons

Worst management I have ever experienced in my life. Hostile working environment. Workplace political targeting. Will bully and harass to make you miserable, meanwhile this is a mental health provider! Take a look at the retention rates.
