      Pros

      Lots of perks like free lunches, donuts, ice cream, clothing, employee discounts on warehouse purchases. Very friendly environment and managers are there to listen.

      Cons

      Hard to schedule time off when your brand new it takes some years to gain tenure. Usual work place politics and complainers.

      Pros

      Management works hard on employee appreciation. They go out of their way to help everyone. They have special events monthly for their employees. The pay is great!

      Cons

      Not enough people that care or take pride in what they do. There are people that have been with Balkamp long enough that they refuse to change their ways to help improve the business as a whole.

      At Balkamp, we know that our success is all becuase of our employees and their hard work. We try to do what we can even at the smallest level to show our employees how much we appreciate all of their hard work. A lot of POSITIVE changes coming down the pipeline that management is exctied to implement.
