Employees were friendly and helpful

I worked directly with co-owner of company. This is how it went. There were no proper training nor order if it comes any material matters - it was all chaos. But it barely describes what I have experienced. Atmosphere was led by lack of trust nerves on the edge and quiet impulsive reactions to any mistake. There is a lot of bad opinions of ex-employees and this is definitely one of those. Therefore this opinion as the others might be exaggerated. Yet take my word on it that even my body reacted in weird ways during and long after working in Ballsquad. Cooperation ended with awful mistreat due to which I was afraid to go to any other job. In conclusion it took me 6 months to reassure myself that what happened wasn't my fault.
