Pros
- I consider that they try to have a good working environment. They usually have meetings to tell the rest of the company about new projects and clients - The top management (CEO, etc.) makes an effort to be approachable and close to the employees.
Cons
- There are very few projects available. I was let go after just one week without a project. - The company prioritizes delivery over quality, which compromises the overall standards of the work. - Management is not supportive of the team. The client I worked with had quite questionable practices in terms of both treatment and the quality of software developed, and there were no clear actions from the account leaders to improve this situation. - Some leaders in the engineering department have no idea how to communicate effectively with the team. The communication is, at best, terrible.
