      The people are very friendly and the pay is decent. There is growth depending on the team you are in, though there is a lot of politics within each team. Very flexible working hours

      Cons

      Work can be repetitive and feeling of stagnancy may arise. Depending on the deadlines, long working hours are to be expected. Too many unnecessary meetings.
