While we know that our location in London is certainly an amazing office space, we don’t expect our teams to be there 5 days a week unless their role specifically requires an on-site presence. Our Blended Working policy was designed to give our employees the best of both worlds, with 3 days per week in the office to focus on collaboration and in-person interaction. If you feel like you need a bit more clarification on this policy, we suggest contacting your HR Business Partner for help.
