Baltimore Aircoil has serious management issues. Managers do not investigate situations before making accusations and often act on gossip instead of facts. Communication is poor — many supervisors rely on intimidation and threats rather than respectful dialogue. There are no clear standards or proper training, making it difficult to succeed. Favoritism is common, leaving little opportunity for growth. There are also ongoing concerns about fair treatment regarding gender and disability. These issues create a hostile, toxic, & unproductive environment for the employees.
