Pros

Good people to band together with through very turbulent times.

Cons

Overworked with no additional pay and no bonus either that is part of the compensation package for salaried employees . Three layoffs since May 2022 and very unstable. Marketing department is a disaster and doesn’t know how to support different business segments properly and is very understaffed. They just fired a horrible chief marketing officer that destroyed the marketing department and will take years to rebuild. Little to no room for career growth and overall lack of communication within the company is a huge problem.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are passionate about revolutionizing healthcare and, as a result, grew rapidly in 2022. As a company, we were not alone on the need to pull back on hiring and reduce headcount over the past year. Headcount decisions were not made lightly. Additionally, we are working on our internal processes and communications as we continually aspire to be an employer of choice.

Pros

My onboarding experience has been excellent so far. The caliber of well-rounded professionals and clinicians makes Bamboo an exceptional partner to those we serve. The technology stack is impressive, and—just as importantly—the people are welcoming, down-to-earth, professional, and truly GSD. What continues to excite me most is the direct alignment between what we deliver and how we scale across the entire health ecosystem. Patient outcomes improve by default because this company listens closely to its customers, understands real-time needs, and turns actionable data into meaningful impact.

Cons

I can't think of any right now.

Pros

The benefits are really good.

Cons

Opportunity for promotions is very minimal and there is no consistency in career levels across the company. They defined job levels last year but have never described what those levels mean.
