      Pros

      co-workers are collaborative, hard working, down to earth, and everyone is friendly. company offfers competitive benefits like bonuses, car plan, gas allowance and even tax shields for managers up.

      Cons

      managers have shared functions. one officer would perform as project manager, product manager and IT resource person at the same time. lack of man power that leads to project delay.

      Pros

      Great compensation, amazing, professional co-workers, and no problems with work-life balance.

      Cons

      Some important processes aren't on the cutting edge. As with some banks, some people are conservative and traditional. Company is lean but long approval time for projects due to BOD-committee structure (composed of execs from different banks).
