Pros
My summer internship at Banco ABC was an incredibly positive experience. The work environment was welcoming, easygoing, and supportive, and from day one I felt encouraged to learn and ask questions. Everyone was genuinely willing to teach, share knowledge, and help me grow, which made the experience both enriching and motivating. The team truly felt like a family, and that made coming to work every day enjoyable.
Cons
No cons at all. It was honestly hard to leave at the end of the internship, and I’m very grateful for everything I learned and the relationships I built during my time there.
