I have been with Banjercito for 2 years and have had the opportunity to continually feel challenged and grow. I am constantly put on new projects and have my responsibilities rotated. Hours can be long, you are expected to get the job done and although they recognize and reward hard work the expectation is high to ensure your working to your highest potential.
