Pros

- People are great and supportive, great culture and team - Chill working style, as long as you meet your KPI no questions will be asked. KPI is achievable and reasonable. - 2 WFH days each week, flexible working time - Great diversity and inclusion

Cons

- Low pay in comparison to industry standard - Lack of career growth opportunities. 1 level up (team leader) people have all worked for Bank Australia for 5-10 years. It's hard for you to grow in your career unless you stayed long enough.

Pros

A great example of doing finance differently

Cons

The company has great potential, but it is severely held back by poor upper and middle management. Team leadership often lacks key skills, is highly resistant to change, and feels threatened by anyone questioning the status quo. Career growth is rare or nonexistent, and employees who voice concerns face retaliation and gaslighting. Furthermore, HR fails to support staff and instead enables a toxic, unsafe work environment from the top down.
