Pros
* It's a stable job in this economy. Very unlikely to do a layoff unless you do FRAUD. * One of the biggest banks that have a modern tech stack's * Flexible working hour (9 hours)
Cons
* Management got so much worse after the rebrand to OCBC Indonesia with more SG influence and SG culture at the top management but in the same time force "family hospitality" * Currently Full WFO and start to monitor their employee activities * No overtime pay * Low bonus rates compared to other banks with KBMI 3 * At OCBC BSD very lack of actual parking space despite full WFO, employees that don't get parking space are sent to park at a nearby university's parking space so you need to pay to park at your own office with hourly rate * A lot of office politics and blame game * So many "Roro Jonggrang" sudden projects coming * Very hard to actually get promoted, company would much rather hire from outside than promote from inside and if you aren't close with Balinese people it's hard to promote * In top management there are many gangs of sycophants, especially those carried out by 2 Balinese people with their gang. * Some top management are too pretentious to think they are making friends by connecting on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
