Pros

Currently there are no sales goals for teller/CSR, which elevates the pressure on the tellers. Fair paid holidays and vacations. Opportunity to be an universal teller who can do both teller and CSR job roles. Procedures and information are readily available when presented with a task that may be unfamiliar.

Cons

High turnover rates that negatively affects current staff and job efficiency. Varying management styles can be challenging to accommodate to. Policies and procedures aren't consistently followed creating confusion for staff. The "customers' are always right" despite policies and procedures. Lack of employee recognition. Job advancement is not always fair despite measurable hard work and dedication. Pay rate is median compared to local competition.
