You get to work Bank hours.
Cons
VERY clique-y environment, if you’re in your in but if not… 90% of employees are either related or have been friends for years. Training is horrible. Small bank, No room for growth. Pay is not great. They say benefits are covered by employer but you still come out of pocket for alot of it.
