Great, positive culture. I had an amazing boss, no micro management. Able to work on projects in a team and independently. Decent work/life depending on role. Opportunities but must be a self starter. The right person can learn a lot.

Lower than average pay. Lax about tolerating incompetence/laziness for some roles. Good, motivated workers will work harder for this reason.

Worklife balance/hybrid schedule. That’s about it.

Lack of diversity, distracting cliquey coworkers, underpaid, no raises, and perceived racial bias.
