Pros
Overall, this company is a great company. Benefits are great! A company that knows how to have a good time AND still get work done. End of year bonuses have been amazing since I was hired. For the most part, everyone is welcoming, open to new employees, and respectful.
Cons
Some employees are inconsistent with the FAMILIA spirit that the company works hard to continue throughout the bank. It's unfortunate that this company recruits fresh personalities and mindsets only to have seasoned employees ruin that spirit for them.
