Pros
- attracts some of the nicest people... and then proceeds to take advantage of them by overworking them and underpaying them. - you won't get a decent raise but you'll get a pie for Thanksgiving (:
Cons
- direct management lacks professionalism and leadership abilities which creates a revolving door of employees (Tampa) - extremely limited opportunities for growth (management positions were eliminated, responsibilities passed down with no increased in compensation) - less than competitive compensation (3% salary increases during record inflation) - bonus structure is borderline predatory; you will be micromanaged to reach your bonus goals and then the amounts/structure/time-frame will be subject to change at management's discretion (playing favorites) - Senior management actively 'sunsetted' a bonus structure for client-facing employees during the COVID-19 pandemic without any compensation or clarification. ignored all employees who attempted to ask for clarity - essentially actively taking money out of their 'essential worker' pockets with no compensation. - dated policies and procedures with lack of human understanding - lack of useful technology leading to unnecessarily manual workload
